Lately Ive been facing a problem , Ive been having a lot of issues with my forehand .. basically I misss every forehand and have no control over it whatsoever .. Im working on it with my coach .. but I still c no difference ..I had a really powerful forehand once..not anymore.. Im hoping it will eventually come back but it dosent seem so .. BTW I suffered of TE and other shoulder issues from my forehand ..I cant remmeber how it started Probably with changing my grip from eastern to western hoping to add some spin but anyway ..
now the latest problem .. is my index finger which goes numb ..Everytime i play .. 2 shots into the game it goes numb it sometimes hurt ..I played 12 hours ago and I can still feel it numb ..It will eventually go away till I play again..
Ive asked my coach what could be causing it he said he has never heard of anything like this .. or at least this couldnt be caused by tennis ..Ive had this problem for a couple of months now .. it isnt getting better.. has anyone every experienced smth like this ? or know what could be causing it ?
