He has a ripped chest but no pectorals to speak of, and no deltoids..those parts of him look like someone who does not lift at all but does endurance exercise. He has a thick and ripped core, well developed back, and biceps, which look like someone who works out regularly If I were to guess, I would think he does not bench press, no shoulder pressing, and a lot of pull ups/chin ups and some curls, in addition to lots of core training. Probably focused on preserving shoulder health/flexibility, while building the pulling muscles and core strength seem evident.
