Occurrences that would make you quit the tennis fandom

Roddick coming out of retirement to play Bendych in the finals of slams

I'm talking weak playing fields, rule changes, etc. Here's a few of mine.

- Zverev beating Djokovic at this RG
- Making all Slam matches best of 3
- Isner/Karlovic type players occupying the top spots
- A big 4 member getting caught for cheating/drug use (I mean Lance Armstrong level cheating, not forgetting a blood test like Troicki)
- Too many #1 players who haven't won a Slam

A lot of this is why I lost interest in WTA tennis (although I still follow the Williams sisters). We've been extremely lucky to be fans in the era of Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic in the ATP, but the twilight is upon us and the future is uncertain.
What are yours?
(Please try to think of something unrelated to Zverev)

Lol at making the men's slams best of 3. That would be super disappointing to see. I really hope that never happens. Same thing with eliminating second serve, the whole no lets on serves thing that you see in US College tennis.

Also, the abbreviated sets scoring as well. I'd be okay with it for like non points tournaments like exhos and things like that, but the whole 3-2 set scoring better not make it's way into actual ATP and ITF sanctioned matches. Then that would truly be "a digrace, an scandal, and a outrage."

lol in a decade all the salty Zverev and Shapo haters are gonna sound exactly like the Borg/Agassi/Sampras deadenders do now

players retire and new players start winning, it's gonna happen
And we will all do battle to be the 90's clay of our era, except I'll be banned for 'trolling' after I keep claiming Roddick was the better player than Zverev when the latter has like 8 Slams.

I'll always watch tennis but if Fed turned out to be evil(which includes rapist, wife beater, doping and all extreme level **** you can imagine) a huge part of me will die that day.

I wonder what it would do to tennis if a big star was caught doping. And not just "oh I didn't know meldonium is not allowed" or recreational, but a major program of cheating like Armstrong.
actually, when this finally happens, i'll pay my round of sangria to all of you, guys

Cycling totally sucked post doping. Only problem was Lance had too good a team and his "gear" was superior. When they cleaned it you realised that most of the guys were similar levels. It was so much fun with pantani uhlrich, indurain before them.

As others mentioned above, a high profiled post-career scandal on players like Fed, Nadal or Novak would be devastating and tragic to the sport of tennis. It could range anywhere between getting caught using anabolic steroids (e.g. Lance Armstrong), gambling (e.g. Pete Rose who bet against his own team) or the ultimate worst case scenario, which is one of them committing a severe unlawful act (e.g. OJ Simpson).

As for tennis in general:
- If they switched men's GS to best of 3
- If they were suddenly exclusive towards certain races/ethnics (e.g. when the MLB had a separate league for African Americans way back in the day)
- Lack of dominant player(s); having zero star power in the league
- If both pushers and servebots occupied the top spots

That's all I can think of atm. There could be more but tbh its gotta be a pretty terrible occurrence(s) for me to lose interest in a sport I've loved both watching and playing since my childhood days.
