Odd elbow pain

Had this twice in the past week: As soon s I start to warm up, hitting any forehand (only) cases almost racquet-dropping excruciating pain in what feels like my entire elbow. I work through the pain and after 10 -20 hits it starts to fade and after about 10 minutes it's gone, pretty much for good, maybe 95 percent. After tennis, no pain. Next tennis date, same syndrome, bad pain, short-term, forehand only, in the elbow, can't tell if its the inside or outside, just the who frigging elbow hurts. Diagnosis? Golf elbow? Anything else? Using the same racquet for years, a fairly stiff and light Dunlop Biomemetic 500 with 20 gauge poly strings strung at 50 Been using the poly for a couple years, too, with no problem). I'm a 63 year old, 3.5 mostly social doubles player. Thanks in advance.

Do you have swelling after? If so, ice. An NSAID might help; YMMV.

Try doing some of these exercises:

just wonder if only focus on the strings/rackets/strengthening/physios/etcetcetc rather than the the root of the problem ie ball striking technique/form, then back to play n get injured again @next level then repeat all these to reach the limit that couldn't go on anymore:?)))..........
