I went on the sites recommended in the sticky but found nothing on this, so had to turn to you guys for help.
For a couple of hitting sessions I started to turn my hand at contact (Fed & Verdasco style) and hit harder than usual, using an nsix one 90 (aka vibrator) that i just got...
This caused pain in the (I assume tendon) area between the knuckle of the index finger and the wrist. The symptoms are smilar to the extensor carpi ulnaris (ECU): pain at first hit then faded, then suddenly a sharp pain with a certain way of hitting.
The dangerous thing is, because it fades away, you don't realize that it's worst until the first hit of the next session
Took a week off and found it less severe (duh), but it's still there.
So, is this serious? is it gonna last forever like tennis elbow if I keep hitting? Any motherly advices? Thanks Docs!
