This is not going as planned.

The Finns are salty as Finnish licorice after that late penalty and personally as a Swede I love it!
Btw I love the Finns I just don't like to see them succeed in hockey!

3 on 3 OT in Olympics is diabolical and a meme.

What do you think of 3 on 3 OT? I don't think it belongs in Olympics personally. Favors the more talented team way too heavily.

I like that lol.

I mean I think its the right call. You cant have a condensed tourney when you have back to back days or every other day potentially go twice as long. We had 3 OTs yesterday. Scheduling could get jacked up.

Its better than shootout so its like college football, damned if you do and damned if you don't.
I tried to tell @Lleytonstation it’s buns but he didn’t agree so now he has to eat it sadly

As a Canadian, seeing the Gaudreau jersey flying high right after the game made me feel way more sad than the result ever could. He should have been there, damn it. It ain't fair.

Canucks were not real happy with the stuffed animals.
Thought that was cringy as h**. You have these big tough hockey players, just spilled their guts on the ice in a heartbreaking loss...and you're handing them a little stuffed animal toy? Ridiculous.

On a much bigger and global scale! The AO was petty politics by comparison.

It could have worked for Morrison, but the opposition didn't touch the issue.

This moral cowardice was and is a hallmark of the incoming government.

Is it the Olympic/hockey version of AO 2022?

I watched nothing but the Lindsay Vonn accident and the closing ceremonies. I will say those closing ceremonies were insanely well done, and put the SB half-time show to shame.

You just don't like bunnies. After all, operatic singing is not very NFL!

Canada was just so unlucky to have lost both the Stanley Cup final and the Olympic final. One more gold could have put us in top 10.

It is funny to see people still having attachments to their country's teams in order to show off patriotism or something.

The players are just that - players - and nothing more. They are not "doing" anything for their country - they were born there and took the opportunities that came their way.
