One for the sneaker heads

I know there are a few sneaker heads that regularly take part in talk tennis so, can any of you tell me what the symbol means on the tongue (and insole) of my Nike air Huarache ?
I have had them for a couple of years and have no idea what this symbol is.

Huarache line of shoes could be a possibility!

I don't think that's a "symbol". I think it's supposed to be a 3-D image of a cube with a little circular indention in the middle of it. It may have something to do with the cushioning system of the shoe.

I think they are a reference to the "Waffle" design of the early Nike running shoes.

Yeah, they are a print pattern of nike's original waffle design circa the 70's and Bill Bowerman.....those square things pop out in real life on the bottom of the shoe.

I've seen sneaker heads wear af-1 and jordans for tennis. I have tried hyperdunks on the court and it works out just fine... except those are more expensive than the B5.
