i can do both a one hand and two hand backhand but they both have there pros and cons. my one hand is more consistent and has more spin. while my two hand has more accuracy and power. which should i go? i like them both but i really dont want to switch around.

This question has so many different threads. The main answer everyone comes to is that : you pick what feels best for you, and what you prefer.

If he did that this thread wont exsist.

I think you should use the one that you can hit with even when you're under pressure, and accept the fact that it has cons, too. I'd suggest a 2 handed backhand. If you can read the game well and move around fast, reach wont be a big problem. Maybe its because i've not hit with a 1hbh, but i always prefer 2hbhs.

I can also hit both types of backhands, but I stick with the one hander all the way. Need I say more?

i like prefer to use two hand bh because its more stable, i don't tend to lose balance, accurate, and more powerful. however, one hand bh has a better reach, more spin capabilities, and better angle (IMO).

however, my vote is still for the two handed backhand.

balance is not a problem i can move around the court well but i do need a little more stability so i might go with the two hander but i guess ill try them out during a match to see which ill go with
