It's more like clay, slow playing and yes, you can slide on it. You can get some funky bounces occasionally, depending on how well maintained the courts are. A good slice is deadly on it

I used the Casio FC150 for that. The FH100 has a better lens- better low light ability (important because high speed video indoors needs a lot of light) and can go wider.
Grew up on hard courts so it was quite an experience. Played in downtown Manila also, where my dad used to work. Don't remember exact location though. Felt like I was on roller skates. Those older guys who play on it every day just carved me up...lol
This is a great thread. I really need to post a video of myself soon, but every hitting partner I find doesn't like being videoed...lol. And yes, I use a 1 hander as well as a 2 hander. I just can't choose which one I like better!
Even though I'm a 2HBHer now, I figured I'd get in on this thread w/ one 1HBH in my progress vid I made yesterday. The call of the 1H is just too strong, and when there's no pressure, it's delightful
