I think edbergs backhand was a lot better than Feds. Though Fed does use that off pace short backhand well. Words great against the western grip baseline bashers expecting hard deep strokes.

Edberg's was beautiful, but I consider Federer's to be the natural evolution of his stroke in terms of effectiveness.
