I'm looking for opinions/thoughts/comparisons on the following racquets in the 309g to 320g weight range:

- Donnay Formula 100
- Dunlop Biomimetic 300
- Dunlop AeroGel 4D 500 Tour
- Dunlop Biomimetic 500 Tour
- Mantis Tour 305
- Tecnifibre TFlash 300 SpeedFlex
- Yonex RDiS 200 Lite
- Yonex VCore 100S

I have been using the Dunlop AG 4D 200 Tour, but after trying several lighter racquets (mainly my AG 4D 300 and Pure Drive Cortex*; as well as a couple demos), I find that going back to the 12.45 ounce 200 Tour is difficult and in the end I think I would have much better success with a lighter racquet.

I've tried numerous racquets in the 11.5 to 11.8 ounce range with the Dunlop Biomimetic 200 Lite being the stand out racquet of the group...it's only downfall is the lack of power I get out of it, making putaway shots (and powerful serves) next to impossible.

Thanks for any and all help.

* With these two racquets I find the Pure Drive lacks a truly solid feel and some touch, while the 300 lacks a bit of pop and at times maneuverability is an issue

My Aero200 weighs right at 12.8 oz strung, my Mfils closer to 12.2.
Switched to Aero500s at 10 oz for doubles play, my main gig. Stiff, so looser strings, smaller gauge. With 8" of 1/4" lead at 3 and 9, very close to correct for ageing me.
Who knows, in another few years, I might go stiffer, or softer, heavier, or lighter in weight?
But it's a good start to the right direction, any change is better than worrying your heavy racket is too heavy for you.

Thanks!!! Yea, when I played with the AG 4D and the Pure Drive Cortex for a while, and then switched back to the 200 Tour....it felt waaaaay heavy. Right now I think I'm willing to give up some stability for less weight and more power.

how about Wilson Steam??? Or Head Prestige S ??? With both racquets you can close your eyes and the ball goes where you want;
look at Verdasco's free fall after he went to Dunlop same for Davidenko and next is Wavrinka from Head to Yonex........
