Overall balance and focus training.


I haven't been on these forums in years it feels like!! So I have always had problems with both balance and focus. I do some really simple but difficult balance training from youtube, but I've been thinking about taking up soccer juggling. What do you guys think about that? I can't even get past 3 juggles lol.

As for focus I definitely haven't done as much research. Any good ideas out there? I noticed when I'm really in the zone i'm 80% focused on the ball and 20% focused on my opponent. Like I can see both at once without trying. Usually takes a nice long warm up and I really have to focus on how I'm hitting the ball during the warmup so my body remembers every shot.
