1.) Has anyone played with this string? How is it?
2.) I played with Wilson Gut, and Head Gut, and noticed Head gut is yellowish while the Wilson is clear/white. Is the Pacific Classic Natural gut yellowish or Clearish?.

I would call it a natural color. I wouldn't describe it as yellowish but it's not white/clear either. Closer to beige maybe.

It's been several years since I used original VS, so I don't really have a premium gut to compare it to, although I've tried Tonic w/BT7 which is supposedly like VS but the gauge is less consistent. Pacific Classic is the softest string I've tried in the last 3 years; softer than Tonic and Klip Legend. Power is slightly higher than Klip Legend and noticeably less than Tonic. Feel is the best out of the 3. I mainly use 16 gauge, but I also tried Classic in 16L and noticed a little extra power. Overall, Pacific Classic is my favorite natural gut, although it doesn't last as long as Klip Legend, which I think is the best deal considering the price and the durability.

I fully agree about the lesser durability of P. Classic gut compared to Klip Legend. In terms of durability rating (1 - 10), I rate Klip Legend as 10 and P. Classic as 7.5.

Klip Legend frays right away. P. Classic gut does not. However, P. Classic gut unravels (thick and wide strands of gut separating from the main string. In addition, W. Sensation crosses notches P. Classic gut much deeper than it does Klip Legend.

You will find it less powerful and less durable than Wilson gut. Some people prefer less powerful gut.
The elasticity is very high according rsi stiffness ratings. It has great feel, which makes touch shots easier to control than with most other gut strings.
