Two days ago, I played with one of my tennis hitting partners. He had never held a Pickleball paddle before and I could see him not being too excited about it, for the first 10 minutes. Then, he kicked my butt on 4 straight singles games and we both had tons of fun!

Two days ago, I played with one of my tennis hitting partners. He had never held a Pickleball paddle before and I could see him not being too excited about it, for the first 10 minutes. Then, he kicked my butt on 4 straight singles games and we both had tons of fun!

Tennis players will be good at singles, but doubles requires soft touch shots and that's where they struggle at first.

Tennis players will be good at singles, but doubles requires soft touch shots and that's where they struggle at first.

For now, I'm only using this part of the tennis court for singles.

Once I get into a decent level I plan to be using 4.5 meters wide. 6 meters wide is too much area to cover for me in such short notice.
