Pain in neck and shoulder

Hey guys, I think I slept wrong because when I woke up shoulder and the side of my neck were in serious pain. I'm icing it right now, anything I could do? Rickson, help meh out

simply just relax, i had the same thing a few months ago. it goes away the next day.

Hello,

RMT is a good idea if the problem is mscular. If the pain is secondary to nerve problems then additional measres might be needed. If the pain does not away after a few days of tylenol or motrin or after a visit to RMT, then see a doctor.
