Liberalism allows you to do anything provided that you do no harm to others
Tell that to your favorite liberal Mayor.

New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio says he is allowing protestors to violate the pandemic shutdown due to “400 years of American racism.”
De Blasio’s comment came in response to a Hamodia reporter’s questioning him at a press conference Tuesday as to why the protestors may violate the ban on gatherings, even while he is enforcing the closure of retail stores and a ban on religious services over 10 people.

I am indeed dubious that there will be a one vaccine fix to this, but a cocktail of vaccines may make a difference even if not a permanent one.
Cocktail, eh? :) Do you expect them to make a cocktail of vaccines that will cure heart attacks, cancers, diabetes, obesity, old age and traffic accidents (that death toll of the "pandemic" is made of)?
The number of scientists saying the thing is a hoax, and vaccines are dangerous, are small even compared to climate denialists.
Again with the same shtick. Proclaiming lies for truth and reason for denialism.

Well at least our Bart will be the Guinea Pig -- at the head of the line to drink up the first batch.

Vaccines don't cure anything, you donkey. And vaccines are normal science. You prefer conspiracy theories. I don't.

Name calling and finger pointing while hiding behind "normal science" that you don't even begin to comprehend. Pathetic as usual.

You never put forward an argument to refute. You just emoted with emojis. I quote:

:)

Vaccines do not cure, as you suggested. But make your argument and I will consider it.

I was obviously jesting or do you think that I was serious about vaccines for heart attacks, obesity and traffic accidents. You're scraping the bottom of the barrel here, just to argue for the sake of arguing.
whooping cough
Actually modern vaccines are responsible for it's resurgence. Note that it's supposedly caused by bacteria, not a virus.
Same as Polio btw...

And there's much more unfortunately.

How else do you stop people spreading the virus if they won't vaccinate?
How do you think vaccination works? It is to literally spread the virus itself, in "small" or "weakened" amounts, according to the supplier's definition of what constitutes small, weakened, or manageable amounts of the infection, such that an individual's immune system can defeat the infection and store the antigens required to defeat similar future infections, rather than be overwhelmed.

If vaccines have to be taken repeatedly, then they are just an approximation of one's natural immune system as mutated forms of viruses are encountered season after season. Without the immune system already in place, vaccines wouldn't work. Thus it is dangerous to simply rely on them as a substitute for building up one's own immune system, since at some point, the costs outweigh the benefits. That includes the cost of, not only medical side effects, but psychological effects of outsourcing responsibility over one's immune health to admittedly incompetent governmental authorities.

Who should determine at what point that is? Is it your body, your choice, or your body, the government's choice?

That's only one approach to creating vaccines

This may be too simple as I don't follow the issue precisely, but a vaccine must involve both antibodies and t-cells to be effective.

No government can force you to vaccinate, but given the importance of free movement in society and in the economy people who breach the harm principle are a problem.
