Raonic really has stepped up for this third set, his serve is beastly now. Pressure on Berdych to hold one more time, can he?

2 DFs in a row. Pressure mounting. Raonic handles Berdych's serve much better than the other way around. UE fro Berdych and 2 match points for Raonic.

Raonic with strong defence but Berdych too good 15-0
DF from Berdych 15-15
DF again from Berdych 15-30
FH hit long from Berdych 15-40
Shot into the net from Berdych and a smashed raquet

MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILOOOOOOOOOOS RAONIC!!!!!

Raonic was rock solid again. Even Djokovic will find it tough against him on current form, although Novak should be favored to win.

LOL, this is why Berdych will never win anything. Some choke!

Please go away, Berdych/Ferrer/Tsonga, you cannot challenge anybody in big moments!

I really hope Nishikori can beat Djokovic because the past couple of Nishikori vs Raonic matches have been REALLY good with high quality tennis.

Raonic wins again!

Berdych won the first point, then made 4 UE's. 2 of which were DF's.
I don't understand why. I mean after at least 10 years on tour shouldn't you have learnt how to deal with this situation of serving to stay in the match before? I mean I would understand if Raonic did something spectacular to break, but he didn't.

I suspect that there are some people who are incapable of loosening up during those types of situations. Most people tend to tighten up while under pressure. Maybe some get a stronger physical reaction than others. I wonder if its something that might be inherited. A natural tendency to tighten up more, which could lead to mistakes during those situations.

I'll agree to disagree. On his good days, Raonic puts a lots of pressure on his opponents' service games, with so many easy and quick holds on his own service games. It's subtle, but it's real.

Yeah, that last game was absolutely pathetic and is proof that Berdych's mentality is maybe his biggest weakness that has prevented him from making the best out of his career.
