I revisited that Italian link I posted and someone mentioned Mark Woodforde. I spent way too much time on Getty and can confirm it says “Macro-Nova” - a frame produced by EyeCue.

Woodforde won the Senior Wimbledon Doubles in 2013 and 2016, I can't find any pictures from those two events but the time frame suggests he may have been using it in one or both tournaments.

Man ! Wow super impressive. I am the op on this one and to be honest I thought @vsbabolat was gonna lay it on us with the answer , but nope another Tt poster I’ve never seen come up.
