I voted Kyrgios but the only reason is that they are different kinds of "peak" players. Kyrgios is much more aggressive so if he peaks he will (most likely) win, just like Wawrinka did last year. But Djokovic is far more consistent and capable of preventing someone like Kyrgios to hit peak level, so a different peak doesn't mean anything in proving who is potentially better. It always looks more impressive when someone is constantly hitting winners off their fast-paced strokes but that's also the reason they win far less and aren't very consistent. But the term "peak" is so vague when it comes to one's level of tennis anyway, as the one with the more offensive game will always seem to have a bigger peak but who knows, if Nadal or Djokovic decided to just bash the ball an entire year, their one or two peak matches would seem even more impressive than Kyrgios'. You don't know that, they're just different players with different mindsets.
