Peak Shapovalov just lost to a 17 year old...

What would peak Muster do if he had it in front of him?

Shapobluff is now a hopeless case.
Compared to him I think his compatriot FAA is an ATG.
Shapo has at least changed coaches in an attempt to get better. FAA stubbornly keeps running back the same coach since turning pro who took Felix as far as he could years ago. For the last two years FAA has been treading water and instead of turning over every stone in an attempt to turn the corner, he seems perfectly fine with his plight into mediocrity. Pretty rare to see a player sabotage their career like this.

Everything about this kid is kinda off. Hes 17 but looks 35, german but super rude by overcelebrating a win by retirement.
And dont even get me started on that cross…
This new génération is weird

wait - did he really do a "cross" thing with the clay - is that really what that was?

O my goodness, he did.

Wow.

Says it was "in gratitude".

Super super weird.

Anyway ...I hope he gets mercy and grows up.

I didn't know Shapo was "peaking" this week or last week. But I do recall Shapo dropped a few top players when he was 17 too.

Another jewel thread from the OP.

Really? What has he done?
Just some things I have heard from people who worked with him and a friend of mine who literally got hit by a door because he was not paying attention and then walked away laughing with a freind.

So, maybe he is a jerk or maybe not, but the few stories I have heard about him around Toronto was that of a snob, spoiled, and cocky.

Came to laugh at Shapo, realized that he was ill and had to retire, ended up despairing for the future of the world instead.
As good as my posts are, you need to get outside more, smile at people, and perhaps jump into a lake to realize how fortunate we are.

“Peak Shapovalov“?

You can be either at your peak or you can be so ill you have to retire. But not both.
Exactly! This thread, as quite a few others, is just an d u m b trolling show. When a real topic is posted, few have interest which seems to demonstrate some sort of "high level of knowledge in tennis" on the boards. :)

Shapovalov has been done dirty here. The Tennis Gods have never forgiven him for the Acapella version of his rap song Night Train that he performed at Indian Wells

This tow-headed demon Diego Dedura-Palomero has descended as a reminder to Denis that he still has a year of purgatory remaining before he wins Winbledon in 2026 and achieves full ascension.
