Maybe I am a total ****, but has Shuai Peng always hit with two hands from both sides? I don't remember seeing that before. I thought she hit a 1 hand forehand??

Interesting question. She hits a 2 handed forehand BUT .... a 1handed reverse forehand.

Which begs the question: is it possible to hit a two handed reverse forehand :)

I love when Peng hits that one-handed shot. I hit a 2HFH and pretty much only use a one-hander to slice (though I also hit a two-handed chip forehand) or when at the net.. I can't think of the last 1HFH topspin I hit. But I have casually experimented with an extremely vertical racquet path on the two-hander. Your left arm will usually get in the way of it being a long, fluid motion, but it is possible. It might be better if you released your left hand on the follow through. I could see using it when you are going down the line for forehand winner and just want a little extra margin. Or for those sharp crosscourt angles.

I think I was confusing Peng with Jie Zheng, both from China, kinda similar looking.

That is actually what I figured. Both players are a joy to watch, IMO. And Zheng is stunningly beautiful.
