Penn ATP regular duty balls

I love Penn ATP Extra Duty Balls but lately I have felt their weight a little taxing on my arm
Does anyone here use the Regular duty ATP balls on hard courts with success and how do they last?
I would try a can but can only get them by the case around here and don't want to buy a full case and find out the suck on hard surfaces.

Extra duty penn hold pressure for two set of doubles.
Regular penn hold for one set.
We have flat hitter and heavy top spin player.

I am referring to the Penn ATP Balls not the Penn Champsionship balls.
Which one are you using, because my Extra Duty ATP's last me a solid 3 sets on hard courts. Just a tad heavy thats why I was trying to get feed back on the ATP reg. duty.

ATP's only are outlasted by Marathons by me. Everything else only lasts about 1 set of play. I've tried the regular duty, and while they don't last as long as Extra duty, I found they lasted longer than US Opens.

Same for me. Marathons are lasting much longer. If we have use regular Penn Extra Duty balls we open two cans.

For sure. I find that if you can tolerate the extra firmness of Marathons they are the best bang for your buck. I can get usually a full match (3 sets) out of them, and then I can still use them to hit a couple more times. By far the longest lasting ball I've used. The only "problem" is how fast they are out the can. I've had a couple people complain at how quick they are fresh, but I really like them.

I think their extra duty ball is actually lighter than Wilson US open balls ? is this not true ?
