Pick Up Tennis on the I-5 in California and Oregon

Does anyone know of any 4.5 pick up tennis in or around Bakersfield, Fresno, Modesto, Stockton, Sacramento, Chico, Redding, Southern Oregon, Washing State? Heading on a long trip north from Palm Springs and would love to get in a few hits.
