got a st Vincent jack Kramer pro staff for $25.00 from flea bay.
did not know that it was a st Vincent until i looked at the handle and there it was. a nice 110 head size. i love a bargain.
it was not advertized as a st Vincent - i guess the seller did not know.
glad i got this one for my collection.:)

Nice. On the lookout for a mid version myself.
Yes, most collectors and players want the midsize version since it plays like the classic (6.0) prostaff with more flex from the fiberglass mix. Still a great find and price. Let us know how you find the performance incase your not just looking to flip.

My best thrift shop find to date has been a Jack Kramer Staff mid which was in great condition but it needed a bumper guard replacement, with some minor mods I was able to get the current PS 85 bumper/grommets to fit. I strung it with gut and I just love playing with it. Now if I'm not mistaken weren't all JK Staff's made in the St. Vincent plant?

Yes, all the JK Staff's (80:20 - Graphite:Fiberglass instead of Kevlar) were made in St. Vincent.

You'll have to excuse my ignorance, but where did the aggressor fit into the lineup, i thought it was a graphite fiberglass mix, it looks a bit like the pro staff (but with different colour stripes) is it similar to the kramer?

If I had to make a guess, the Aggressor was more like a 60/40 graphite-fiberglass mix with a non-braided layup.

Plus those were Taiwanese made. I get the impression that the Aggressor was the PWS equipped Graphite Force.

^^^ I've got a PS 85 "look alike" Aggressor and I believe it is a 80/20 Graphite-Fiberglass mix.

Thanks both for the info, I acquired one in a trade, hit with it side with my pro staff mid and they're certaily different but you can see wilsons' marketing people had a theme going on with those paint jobs

well i got the kramer restrung and took it out last week, it plays pretty well. i am pleased with it, i think i will keep this baby since i don't have much invested in it.
it was a great find.

How is the head weight / balance on the kramer 110... anyone know? Have you hit with the mid to compare? 110 sounds massive in relative terms to 85 sq in - but then again, wasn't there a 125 I recall that maybe Jimmy Connors endorsed in Wilson press back in the early '80s? Cheers!

i have not hit with the mid to compare. but i like the OS racquets and prefer them to the mids. i am just crazy like that. most older players like me prefer the midsize racquets but the OS are the ones for me.:)
