Here are some pics of some shoes I just got done with.





Working on some Breathe Free 2's. Here is a quick pic. These are a little different.

My first thread was deleted so I guess I need to watch what I say. I did these for a "friend", and used oil based paint markers.

Yeah.

Christian did these shoes for me and did an awesome job.

I BOUGHT THE SHOES AT TW.......and then they were sent straight to Christian....

IE: Buy your BF 2k10's from TW............and then let Christian customize them.....

As an art student, i can completely sympathise with 'complications' :-(
Oh well, would still be good to see the black ones- great work though, keep it up!

hey dude you should paint the white breathes like federers black and white vapor Vs that would be sick...!

are the shoes just to the right the all black ones? could you post some pics of those too? and some more of the current ones if possible? how long did it take you to do? cos they look really sweet!

It usually takes about a week. I could do it in a day, but I like to make sure everything dries well between coats. I will post a couple pics of the black ones later. Thanks for the comments.

I used one coat on the cage part and 3 coats on the other areas. Yeah, I did the front mesh part on the all black ones, and the part around the ankle.

Roger #1 can you tell me what you used and how you did this? I really want to make my own! And does the paint just rub off with regular use?

For these shoes I used sharpie paint pens/markers. I also use Angelus leather paint, depends on what type of shoe I am doing. I just ordered some new paint that I am going to try out to make my red/white 2K10's. If you prep and paint the shoes and allow time for drying, everything should stay on even if you are playing in them. If you search "How to paint shoes" on google you will find a lot of information on how to do this.

OK, I should be getting more paint in on the 4th, and I will try to make the black shoes look just like the Vapor V's above. So I will post pictures of the shoes this weekend.

Nice job, man! Maybe I should try to transform my old Vapor V:s into Fed's black/white ones. :)

I decided to change up the black ones a little bit. I thought black and blue would look really good, so I have some pics of my just finished Black/Blue 2K10's. Also, today I decided to paint my 2K10's that I practice in, and they are pretty beat up. I did this really quick with red and white, so some areas don't look that good. I also decided to do a little something different on the back area with some letters that I just freehanded on the shoe with paint pens.

The blue works really well, and the red is similar to the nikeid version floating round my head

Thanks my man. I really like how both of these came out. I am gonna buy another pair soon and try something bright. I'm gonna do them with 3 or 4 different colors and shades.

^^^ its actually pretty high compared to most Nike's.Took me a month to flaten it down a bit.Great shoe just Nike needs to add alot more padding-cushioning to there tongue's ala RBK.If the had a 6 month warranty the 2k's could've been the shoe of the year.Good comfort and incredible ventilation.I'll grab another pair eventually when they drop in $$$$$$.

Anybody got any ideas of someting cool I can do on the back part, like roger with the RF? I was thinking of doing my initials but I couldn't find a way to make CW look cool. Give me some ideas guys. Thanks
