WTA officials and umpires need to cowboy up!

Amateur hour at the WTA... shouldn't have replayed the point (caroline had no play on the ball) and the father should have been kicked out of the stadium for getting involved in an exchange with the umpire.

Why was the umpire so easily intimidated? I mean Fergus Murphy held his ground when Safin argued with him in Hamburg (classic Safin moment). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPI8OBCtyOI

it is shocking behaviour.

i have never seen a coach or parent shouting at an umpire before although I am sure it has happened. He should have been ejected.
