Playability diference of Babolat Pure Strike Tour

Hey all,
Curious what those of you that have played the PST thought about it, compared to other 100²" rackets. This is my first 98²" racket. It feels good. I truly like the racket. I've read about many saying it's for higher end players. I'm a 3.5. I've enjoyed groundstrokes from the baseline. I've enjoyed hitting overheads, volleys, and serves with it. The only shot that I felt suffered was really short touch volley/drop shots, from below the net. I wondered if part of that was from how it came strung. I was distracted when I ordered, and instead of building a hybrid, I mistakenly ordered it with Prince Premier Touch in both the mains and Crosses at 53 lbs.

So far, so good, but I'm gonna go ahead and get it restrung with a hybrid. I'm thinking that I'll go with Babolat VS Gut @ 49lbs. in the mains, and Babolat RPM Rough in the crosses @ 52lbs. I typically have been in the lower 50's with other rackets, like Pure Aeros, or Head Extreme MP.

Anyhow, I digress... Regarding the racket itself, I got a bit self conscious after reading reviews about this racket being for higher end players, people who have really great control over their point of impact, etc. Comparing to other rackets, it's obvious that the sweet spot will be smaller. I'm just curious if I'm in over my head, as far as this racket, and my level of play.

Other rackets I've played and like are: 2019 Pure Aero, 2017 Pure Aero La Decima, 2021 Head Extreme MP, and even a Prince Ripstick! LOL. That Prince Ripstick has always felt like a guilty pleasure. I love it and I hit well with it! But, it's quite the sight! I've always thought that I shouldn't like it, but if I'm ever hitting poorly, I'll go back to that racket, and it's like my security blanket.

I'm a bit of a gear need. I bounce between rackets more than I should. I love hitting with lots of topspin from the baseline, but seem to never close points that way, so I'm much more of an aggressive net player.

I had my stringer match my two Pure Aero's to one another, and was playing those exclusively, but started feeling quote a bit of elbow pain. I'm a 42 YO guy, 3.5, recreational player, that plays between 6-13 hours per week. Typically 10+ hours, so definitely looking to protect elbow.

Nothing is broken, and all is well. I'm just curious what others have experienced, when hitting the Babolat Pure Strike Tour 3rd gen?

Thanks much!

I know that I was kinda vague with my particularly my title of "Playability difference of Babolat Pure Strike Tour", without specifying what I was comparing it to. I guess I just meant compared to the 100²" rackets that I had mentioned in my first post (PA's, Head Extreme MP, Ripstick), or other similar or kinda similar rackets. Just gauging the experience of others, when switching to the 98²" PST.
