Played a pusher and won, but feel dirty afterwards

the pusher in our 3.5 actually got a lot better. his serves stay low (i dont know how people do this but 2 of the better players in the 3.5 league have 60 mph serve but they stay low and are hard to t off on ,<both are 4.0 singles players>). and on short balls he is good at hitting angles and taking the net and hitting angle drop volleys. he also got more pop on his groundies and he hits with decent direction. of course he has a great lob as well.

That doesn't sound like a pusher at all to me, sounds like a pretty well-rounded player. I'd play that guy more often if you can, you could only improve.

Why is there always so much fuss over how other people play? This is how I see it...unless you're cheating, I don't care what you do on the other side of the net. I just worry about my game. You could push, pull, smash, drop...whatever. Games are about winning or losing. You either find a way to win and be happy about it, or you lose and be gracious about it.

Also, some of the best memories I have playing tennis are when better players took the time to hit with me or play a match with me even though they knew I was well below their level. I've always enjoyed playing tennis with anyone and everyone.
