Player Appearance Fees

Does anyone have any information on what pro players get paid in terms of appearing at 250's, 500's and exhibitions? Of course Federer, Nadal, Djokovic, and Murray get paid in the millions for their appearances but what about everyone else? For example, players in the top 30.

2016 appearance fees for the Exo in London at the end of the tour year:

Singles players $179,000. Alternates get less but get paid too.

Doubles teams $88,000.

I assume hotels, transportation and other expenses are paid as well as benefits like cocktail parties etc...

They have a good track record of getting many of the top players even Federer.
