Michael Llodra. Beatiful S&V player who would have done much better in the 90's. I loved the rythm of his game but he only won 5 singles titles in his career. He had some very memorable runs in Paris Masters where he made the SF in 2010 and 2012. Not very surprising he modeled his game after his idol Stefan Edberg.

I pray for this one:
They call Dimi playing beautiful Federesque, this one is that!
It’s almost a curse to be too Federesque. Everyone will always measure you against Fed...

Fraud aside, the real answer is one of Stich, Safin, or Scud. Many others had decent looking games but I don't think their achievements are that disappointing as their ceilings weren't that high to begin with. Nalbandian is another candidate but imo he's not a slam dunk slam winning talent anyways so the results he had can't be that disappointing although surely he could have been better.

Stich's game is very pretty by anyone's standard. I consider the other two to be quite aesthetic as well but of course you need to be a real man with a non negligible level of T to appreciate that. You may not find their games very attractive if you mostly watched tennis in the recent era where being above 200 pounds was illegal and the ball had to be within 3 feet of the net for you to go for a winner.
