Best player there is, ever....there may be poll and there may be polls.

but i guess the poll that's most relevant is one of the players themselves (present and current).

is anyone aware of a poll/survey of all current and past players as to who they think is the BEST PLAYER EVER?

There ishowever lot's of locker room talk from players as to who the "player's player" is. Santoro, for example has said it's Safin.

The current generation of male pros mention Sampras and Agassi as their role models the most, judging by all the interviews I've heard.
