Please help! Rattles in new rackets!

I just picked up two new Fischer M Speed Pro 98 NT rackets. After stringing, I discovered they both have loose rattles in them, creating annoying sound and sensation when playing. The buttcap of these rackets does not have a trap door- is there any way to get these rattling pieces of graphite out?

If they are brand new, surely you could send them back and get a refund? May I ask from where did you purchase these?

I bought them online. This is the second set of rackets. The first batch had rattles as well and they sent me two new frames. I am really annoyed by this. Any way to get the rattles out?
