Polansky Completes Lucky Loser Grand Slam

That's very lucky! I was impressed when Elias Ymer managed to qualify at all 4 slams in 2015 but this is even crazier...have to win two rounds (skill) then lose 3R, then be one of 16 losers to get the call up.
Little Noah Rubin made the main draw !!

Pete Polansky the career Lucky Loser Slam, lol!

That is almost as good as Tipsarevic completing the career and then golden retirement slam a few years ago. :D

More impressive luck:

As a 17-year-old Davis Cup alternate in a tie played in Mexico City, PeteyPo was seriously injured in a sleepwalking incident that began in his third-story room when he imagined being attacked by a knife-wielding man. He responded by kicking out the window, which resulted in lacerations to both legs so bad he required 400 stitches when rushed to the hospital. Thankfully he landed in shrubbery that softened impact and kept him from any bone fractures or ligament injuries. After returning home, Polansky was confined to a wheelchair and wore casts on both legs as his wounds healed.

Deepest run by a LL still remains Wimby'95 4R by the tall Belgian Dick Norman, who beat former champions Cash and Edberg before losing to Becker.

It's not going to be easy - there are two players seeded ahead of Polansky who lost in the final round of qualifying. But it should be noted that Polansky did everything he could to secure a spot as a lucky loser, so it's likely that after his loss today, he left the court with no regrets.

Seeding is slightly irrelevant; it is a random draw of the top 4 seeded LLs so nobody can pull a Gimelstob (Wimby’05).

Time is running out. Polansky left it all on the court with a perfectly-executed third round loss in qualifying, and yet he might not be rewarded for his efforts.
