With Nadal out and an assumption that Djokovic is out, and if we assume Alcaraz and Sinner make the SFs (highly likely Wimby F), who are the two (pick two) players most likely to join them in the semis. Obviously it's draw dependent outside of Zverev and Medvedev. So who do you think faces the two top players?

@Kralingen to think that Hurkacz was virtually 4 points away from defeating Djokovic in straights. If he was not a choker he would’ve won in straights. What’s scary is that he had a lead in all the tiebreaks

I think it should be two from Fritz, Hurkacz, Medvedev and Dimitrov. We will have to see the draw to see which ones can avoid Alcaraz and Sinner in the QFs.

Watching his match in Queens I could not understand how he lost to Alcaraz. It was clearly mental. With renewed confidence and more aggressive backhand, I think he is able to reach SFs, as long as he avoids Sinner…
