One of my doubles partners is 6’ 3”, and he uses a 4 (1/2). The other is 6’ and he used to use 4, but recently switched to 3 as it’s a Yonex and they tend to feel thicker.

I'm 6'3" and have pretty big hands - started using 4 1/2 but have purchased a few 4 3/8. Either is fine, use overgips with both but if I'm using 4 1/2 I avoid thick base grips.

I’m about 182cm and mostly use the L4/ 4 1/2. I can alternate between 4 3/8 and 4 1/2. 4 1/4 feels too small and 4 5/8 feels too big. I’m fine with Yonex’s 4 1/2 but feel that Babolat’s 4 1/2 run bigger (*Pure Strike) than other manufacturers. ProKennex grips seem to run a bit smaller than other manufacturers.
