how do you like your strings?!?!
I use Ashaway Crossfire II
Kevlar mains and synthetic crosses strung at 54.
Depends on the flex, I use the Redondo and I like it with gut mains and poly crosses. Nice feel and isn't too soft.
hybrid strings. 57 on a prestige pro plays amazing i never use 58.
Softer string for sure, but also sometimes a hybrid with poly mains.
That must be a real comfy hit in a 18 main racquet.
Yeah, I fell in love with it as soon as I tried it. I don't feel the uncomfortable stiff bed that everyone dislikes about kevlar. Its the best string combination I've used. Topspin, power, control and ultimate durability.
But I'm probably making it sound Godly. I do have to break it in when I first string it.
soft string and a low tension on a low flex frame.
Lol! I thought the same thing. Be careful of your elbow/wrists with that combo at that tension.
What about an option for mid tension?
I've never really understood this sentiment. Before I went to Poly I used Gamma TNT2 Fusion Plus 16 also at 65. I've never had any arm problems whatsoever. I really, really, dislike a soft stringbed.
i've never seen a problem with it either. i've never had any types of arm problems.
Crossfire 17 at 60 :-?
hybrid strings. iso speed pulse and control
i use blue gear mains/ gut X's at 59 ibs flexy 18X20 frame
same here.. 45-50 lbs, nat gut on 45-50 RA frame..
56-58 lbs multi/synt gut in a 65RA frame.
