Poly strings in high heat — is it just me, or MSV …

I play with MSV Focus Hex and Focus Hex Soft.

Typically, I string them around 52 or 50 (MSV FH is very stiff, like confidential, so going much higher can be tough on the arm).

However, when I play outside in high heat/humidity (95-102F / 35-40C total heat index), they get very flexy and unusable after about an hour, and this is for freshly strung.

They do recover most of the stiffness at room temperature (72F / 22C).

Do you have a similar experience with other polys?

Do you think this could be an issue with MSV compounds, or is it common across all/most polys?

Pretty common, alot of polys do this, I think particularly those with worse tension maintenance.
For me though, they typically don't bounce back. Once the heat gets to them, they're done.
Not to say they are unplayable just they usually feel springy or loose.
