Poor Babolat Shoe Warranty Department

Does anyone have Babolat's shoe warranty department's phone number? I sent in my worn down shoes over 1 month ago (usps with delivery confirmation # 0308 3390 0002 0475 4266) and still have not received my replacement shoes or any explanations from them. It was delivered to them, so I think they at least owe me an answer.

Adidas shoe warranty department was much better...returned shoes and got the replacement shoes 2 weeks later.

877-316-9435, ask for Vinnie. He runs the warranty department. I doubt he will answer but you can keep leaving him messages. That's what I did.

I just got mine in last week after a month of waiting. I also called them and asked them what the deal was. Don't know who I talked to on the phone, very polite guy, said The Propulse 2 Titanium's were/are on Back Order and that he just got in the size 10 and under last week. Also said they were on BO for over 2 months or more I think. Once I talked to him my shoes came in in 3 days. He also said that the larger sizes haven't come in just yet either, this was last week tho.

Looks like I spoke too soon.

I sent mine in 8/9 or 8/10 (USPS Priority), and a new pair arrived at my doorstep this afternoon.

Personally I think Vinnie is an awesome guy. Responds immediately especially if you contact him via e-mail. I lost the warranty card for my son's shoes (PP 2's) and sent him an e-mail and left him a VM as well. He responded to both within 4 hrs. , sent me a pdf of the warranty card and I am shipping it today. Hopefully the replacements will arrive in a timely fashion as well. Lets see.

Little disappointed with the shoes however, lasted just 2 months. Unusual for Babolat shoes.

^^Mine only lasted 2 1/2 months with just court wear, never wore them anywhere else. For the most part most shoes with warranties only last me that long, but the longest was the Reebok Match Day Pumps that lasted over 5 months with some serious abuse.

Give me your M Coupe. Please.

I never had this problem. Ive always had a quick return with my shoes from babolat. Ive 2 pairs of the PP1's and 2 pairs of the PP2's. Whenever I sent them in, they always came back within 2 weeks. They are fantastic shoes, the only problem with them was that they only lasted me 2-3 weeks of just on court play. I have had Prince shoes, and their return time is pretty quick two, and nike is pretty reliable because they send the voucher by mail. On the other hand, the one time I bought the barricades V's and sent them in, Addidas lost the shoes. UPS confirmed delivery, and it took over 2 months for them to respond to my emails, after which i just called them. Then it took another month before I got my replacements. And then about a month later, Addidas cashes the check that I originally sent with my shoes (for those who dont know, addidas makes u send them a check for $8.50 for return). So it is strange to hear you guys have problems with babolat, since I have sent 4 pairs in and got 4 pairs back.

I bought a pair of Babolat Team All court 4's from a local pro shop because they are the lightest shoe to come with a durability guarantee.

But, I just realized the box did not have a warranty card in it, so it sounds like I might be in for a sad surprise if/when I wear them out before 6 months and attempt to send back...

How important is this warranty card?
Anyone use and send back the Team All Court's or do you all only have this experience with the PP's?

You should be able to get a warranty card from your tennis shop. That's what I did when I couldn't find mine.

i imagine if you have your original receipt, they should honor the warranty.

Just got the replacements (2 week from shipping the old one's back) - these guys are good. Seems like the best way to reach Vinny is through e-mail and he responds immediately. Very impressed with their ccustomer service.

great service

I emailed cjohnston@babolat.com, Clint at Babolat after I sent my son's shoes in for replacement. His foot had grown, and he wanted a different color. Clint was extremely helpful and made both changes, although prefers it to be done when replacement form is sent in. We had the new shoes within 3 weeks. Great service, and my son loves the shoes..Babolat propulse 3. The soles did wear through, but he plays competitive tennis 5 days a week. They lasted longer than most.

I sent away my Propulse 3's and got my replacement pair in less than a week and a half. Which was great. But I got the wrong size (sent away a 11.5 and got a 10.5). Which was not so great.

I guess I'll give that guy an email as mentioned above and see what can be done, because I really shouldn't have to pay to ship back a pair of shoes because they screwed up...

Babolat's customer service isn't too bad, they've let me switch sizes before, and they even upgraded me from All court 3's to 4's (although i'm sure they had to, because they didn't have any 3's left). I've had this "no-response" problem with adidas, but fortunately it has been resolved. I can't find a number for you, either...anyone got a number on their warranty card for this man?

I needed some butt caps for my son's racquets. It took about a month, and they're right here in Colorado, but they sent them out at no charge.

Adidas took like 3 weeks for my Barricade6's (the Murray blue/green colors), sent a pair of the black/white :(

When I sent a pair with a defective air unit to Nike, I got a coupon in 2 weeks.
