I have an Alpha machine I purchased from TW over three years ago. The center screw on one of the clamps locking levers snapped while locking it down Thursday morning rendering the machine useless. Its now Friday and I'm back up and running thanks to Greg at New Tech Tennis. He sent out the part at no charge and would have shipped it ground at no charge, even though I didn't purchase the machine from them. I did pay for overnignt freight and was happy too. This kind of service is like a breath of fresh air and completely unexpected. I now know where I'll purchase my next Alpha machine and I would highly reccomend Greg and the crew at New Tech Tennis to others.

Dittos. I can say enough great things about Alpha and New Tech tennis. Mark Gonzales at Alpha is just plain AWESOME! These guys know what great customer service is and their products are very good quality and great value! Match-Point
New Tech Tennis essentially *is* Alpha. I'm not sure what the relationship is exactly, but they are either the official representative of or the direct retailer for the company. I spoke to Mark Gonzales a few weeks ago to get more information about one of their discontinued drop-weight machines, and he was extremely informative and helpful. I got his name and extention, and continued with my research of various machines. Interestingly enough, when I called another retailer, the person I spoke to recommended Alpha over the competitors, and he suggested that I call up Alpha directly. Guess whose name and extention I got? :wink:

Yes, New Tech is owned by Alpha and their online distributor. "Gonzo" (Mark Gonzales) is awesome!
