Possible Ezone 98 switches

I currently use the ezone 98 2022 version and I do enjoy it, but i’ve always been very curious about the babolat pure 98. Would that be worth a try? I used to use a blade v8 too. Would the PA give me anything better than the ezone?

Both are great frames, you can definitely use tennis warehouses demo program to try it for a week and get a feel for the racquet. The aero 98 will give you more spin and pop with a higher swing weight, while the ezone still gives a powerful response but a bit more focus on control + feel and has a lower swing weight. It really depends on what you’re looking for too. One of the main differences you’ll feel are the trajectory as the ezone will produce a more linear shot while the aero 98 will be naturally a bit more spinny (higher trajectory). If the demo goes well and you decide you want to try it longer you can then look into the classified forms here or buy new depending on what you like.

I’d also recommend trying the new PD98 if you’re coming from a ezone 98 as I feel the trajectory and swing style are a bit more similar with the Babolat brand added to it.
