Possible to buy a Pro Tour Ltd. Edition Competitor 700 Bag?

Hey TW staff, when I try adding a Pro Tour Ltd. Edition Competitor 700 Bag to my shopping cart, the shipping calculator doesn't work. Also, I'm not given any shipping options during checkout so I can't proceed. Is there a glitch in the system?
