Finally discovered that the Nando's in the O2 complex is not up to par. Very underwhelmed when I ate there last year. Tennis experience was awesome though.

Haha. Personally not a big fan of Nandos (Do American posters know what this is? as Bradley Cooper was non-plussed when it was mentioned on the Graham Norton show and Sienna Miller had to explain to him ). I recommend going to Gauchos next time you fancy a bite to eat at the O2.

A few places I'd like to see it held:

Tokyo
Moscow
Mumbai or Kolkata
Santiago
Buenos Aires
Mexico City
Los Angeles or San Francisco
Milan
Barcelona
Istanbul
Cape Town
Sydney
Auckland or Wellington

I think it should not be held in a city that also has a Grand Slam, so I'd rule out New York, London, Paris, and Melbourne right from the off. And I'd at least consider ruling out the ten cities that host Masters events (10 as Montreal and Toronto), although to be fair, I think several of them would be unlikely to be considered anyway.

I'm a bit torn. On one hand, I like the idea of spreading it around to a place that doesn't have a major, or maybe even a masters. On the other hand, it has been extremely successful in London so it seems unwise to move it.

There are the Basel and Vienna tournaments before Bercy.
And a bunch of others: Stockholm, Moscow, Metz, Antwerp.

Dubai. The Feb tournament stadium is way too small - but this was pretty far along when I was there (and a great location):

And get over the BO5 final; you’re all forgetting guys could be in the Davis Cup final. The players made it very clear they didn’t want BO3 tournaments with a BO5 final.

Even leading Brexiteer Boris Johnson stressed that Brexit didn't mean Britain was trying to leave Europe, only the EU (which, contrary to popular perception, does not equate to Europe otherwise what would we do with the likes of Switzerland and Norway).

Geography is important of course but so is history and culture and both are exclusively European in origin and by nature.

Britain is drifting nowhere. It will remain firmly anchored less than 20 miles from the French coast (whatever the wild fantasies of the more moronic elements of the Tory party). As for no alternative but to align with America, Switzerland and Norway would argue differently and firmly pro-European Ireland lies in the way to remind us all of the geographical and cultural realities lest some people try to forget.

Surely the players want it in the United States for monetary reasons alone

Highest paying slam? US Open

Highest paying masters? Indian Wells and Miami

Time to bring it back where it belongs

The success of the tournament in London is clear. When you see tennis tournaments all over the world with empty seats on centre courts you have to appreciate the ones that are nearly full houses for every session. Also, as articles have stated certainly given how totally inaccessible Wimbledon is, and how wishy washy Queens can be it is nice to have a significant tennis tournament in the country that you can actually get tickets too, and be guaranteed tennis.

But still... Give someone else a chance, for crying out loud. There are tennis countries all over the world where they don't have a single mens tournament above a 500, and while I can appreciate the desire to make as much money as possible, as a fan I'd rather see as much of the globe get their moment as possible.

Also, the argument about not wanting players to have another long flight at that stage in the season makes sense, so you know what you do? Put Paris Bercy out of its misery, so they don't have to go back to Europe from Asia in the first place :p
well to be fair not every other tournament has top 8 guys playing every match. But yeah short of something like Tokyo or NY or maybe somewhere in India it will be hard to beat London in terms of participation. Germany would probably be a good choice too.
