Thank you very much for looking into that.
I'm actually in the process for securing a 3k machine. It's lightly used and in a very very good shape. I bet it does have a low mileage on it. Have you or others worked with this machine? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thx

These Wilson machines are beautiful. The shop at my local courts has one and I want to break-in after hours and give it a try.Nothing fancy to hold all my reels and sets yet, need to get something made.
What do these still run?

I use some 14x10x6" boxes. Place a divider near the end to hold the reel you're using apart from the others so it spins freely. I have one for 16 and 17 gauge. The reels you're not using helps to keep the box from moving around.
EDIT: Unless of course you want something fancy to go with that fancy stringer. LOL Nice!

My own Volkl PB10 on a Stringway ML120 with fixed clamps, and using the Stringway cross tool. I really like this last addition, for dense patterns, certainly in combination with poly strings. Here I have Diadem Solstice Power 17 mains and Rex Proffessional Supreme Black Bite crosses.

Never seen that puller tool....does that metal thing literally sit on top of the mains and then you just slide it up and down and up and down? That's unusual.
Never seen racquet knob clamps like that either. Or clamping that far away from the grommets. Or full poly in a PB10 Mid!

Ha, ok. For a little more information about the cross stringing tool, you can also watch this video:
What it does it creates room between each following main string, so you can easilly push your cross through, without the need for weaving. Like I said, I use it for racquets with dense patterns en usually poly.
I agree with you about the poly in a PB 10, not usual, but I must admit, stringing at 19k, it plays great! Though I am still in the middle of selecting my favourite string setup for this racquet, I haven't decided yet.

I have seen this tool for the first time about 3-4 years ago. great tool but, in my case, I weave faster than this. I tried it, works great. Just not for me - too used to weaving myself

What the devil is going on here? You are pulling tension on the 3rd cross, 7 mains on 1 side (7th clamped) and the 8th on the other. Tell me you are doing an ATW pattern and you just moved the clamps to the mains for the photo... Otherwise you have some explaining to do...

These Wilson machines are wonderful, I string on them at the tennis club I work at and they took my 25 minute string job time down to 15 minutes. Damned expensive though, I can't believe he's got one for personal use.

ATW indeed. Not exactly ideal with flying clamps, but this one works OK. I clamp far from the grommets to make room for that third cross, and back it up with the second clamp since that one isn't doing anything else anyway.
It's just the way I tend to do it whenever the mains end at the throat.

You could use the short side to string the top cross and hold it with a starting clamp (you only need to weave the first couple mains.) then when you tension the second cross you have something to clamp it to. After tensioning the fourth cross you could take out the top cross, and run in the outside main on the short side. Of course that only works on an odd number of crosses racket. Eliminates double pulling the 2ns and 3rd cross.

I just got my Wise 2086 2 days ago and i mounted it on my Pro`s Pro Pioneer 1 drop weight machine.
I must say it`s much quicker and easier now and now i know why people are saying that they don`t wan`t to go back to manual machine
I did a little modification to turn table, because after mounting Wise i could no longer get my racquet a 360 degree turn. I lifted up turn table and used washers to get enough distance so now everything is like i wanted. Oh and i added my custom made switch for Wise.
I must say it`s much quicker and easier now and now i know why people are saying that they don`t wan`t to go back to manual machine

Yes those are Tretorn cans of balls. The blue ones are Serie +control an the white ones are Serie +3.

Don't get too excited. I still have 15+ new tretorn cans left from a case because every person I play with hates them. They are very heavy, hardly bounce at all, and are toast after an hour of hitting.

That's got nothing to do with your stringerThanks buddy. This is my first one and most likely the last one as well. You should see my first string job, hillarious! I strung up my old RF97 as a 16x18 and I don't think any of the knots would hold if I were to hit a ball with it

I don't know how I can balme the stringer, but the practice part is so true. My second attempt was much better, except the first and last three crosses weren't waved quit right, I am sure you can guess why
Btw, thank you so very much for the wonderful videos, thay are a huge help.
