Yes. I was bored one winter weekend and that table was just something to do with dead balls. There were a few times when the nail missed the ball but it really wasn't difficult.

The Wilson Revolve came in multiple colors. I just mixed the colors to help me practice stringing since I'm beginning to string my own racquets.

The Pro Staff 85 still plays well. Even though it's warped it's my favorite racquet because its very stable , has plenty of plow through, and accuracy :)

ok i see. How do you like it compared to other polys you've tried?

Yes the ps85 is a fun stick, I have a few as well. They're not my main sticks but fun to play with now and again. It's sort of a reference that you just have got to try at some point in your racquetoholic career

actually haven't needed one yet, high tomorrow is supposed to be 80 degrees with 20-25 mph winds to make things miserable. perfect day to test my shin splints in round 1 of the 4.0 internal club league "championships."

out of an abundance of caution I did sign up for an indoor winter mixed doubles league, however.

Seems that the revolve lost a significant of tension within a week and half of normal play, but it offers some added spin. Definitely not my favorite poly

Just inherited all this from my dad. More than what I know what to do with. Stringer not pictured. And I just reduced my racquets 2 years ago.

Sick shot. I've got 6 myself (3 customized and in play, 3 currently unstrung and uncustomized) and a ton of grommets!!!

This picture is from earlier this summer when I only had 5, but I'm an "even numbers" kinda guy.

He passed away, so all his tennis gear came to me, the other tennis addict in the family. I had reduced my gear down to 3 Ai98 and 2 PT280 but now...

managed to botch this match, and i cant blame racquet, beer, or stress. i was up in the 1st set, only needed 2 more games to win. in complete control of the match, he was on his heels hitting defensive shots. then i ran outta steam after chasing balls down on a long point. got all tingly and nauseated ... im not in bad shape either, just pushed too hard, too fast. match was over at that point, i was doin my best just to stand up through the rest of it. bummer.

it sure is hard to narrow down to one though. with the power frames i always wonder if im missing out on some control. control frames i wonder if im missing some power. the stiff frames eventually cause discomfort, sometimes bad.

Thanks for the thoughts. It was unexpected. I'm gonna keep the Pure Strikes, Ai98s, VCore Tour F and PT280s. Gonna shed all the rest.

Just received the two Cortex sticks in the mail. I am looking to get three GT's by the end of the year as well. Then it's on to the 2013 model to complete my collection. :)

Thanks man. I found them to be the best mix any rackets I've used so far. Babolats quality control however is not good, the weight balance and sw in all of them was so far off the mark.

dude the black paint changes the swingweight by 18 and definitely adds at least 1.1197 grams from the black dye in the paint vs the red. whats wrong with you all. they are not even close to being the same frame. like a juice 105 vs a pro kennex q tour 330g

When you throw in the cost of stringing all those frames, tennis balls, shoes, over wrap, dampeners, socks, sun block, club memberships, tape, sweatbands,
tennis resorts, tournament fees, medical treatments, etc. I probably exceeded the budget for a small country or two. And it's still not over.

New Project: customizing 2 IG Prestige Mids with black grommets, lead, and leather. Going to match existing string-ready frame which is(with string) 360g, and 372 SW with a HL Balance probably near 6pts.

Very at home and pleased with my TXT 95's and I'm more than comfortable with the Black Beasts Blade being my match stick this spring. But amongst the other frames that lay stringless in my closet: The Blood Whip(As I shall henceforth refer to my custom IG Mid(s)) has been on my to-do list for almost the entire year.

I said I'd post the revamped TXT 95's a while back, so voilĂ !, and also the 1st of 3 Blood Whips.

I need a reason to string up my Wilson 90's. Having 2 strung frames amongst a dozen and a half is like having enough chocolate sauce for just two bowls of Ice Cream.
