Got them when they are cheap at TW Europe. These racket play similar to Bab PD but minus the arm pain.

    Your collection looks sweet.
I see your PT630 is uncapped. If you don't mind sharing, what is the weight & balance on it?
Doesn't that version come with the caps from the factory?

I'm wondering how light I could make a PT630 by removing the caps & slapping on the thinnest grip.

    Thanks

I actually prefer the capped version and the extra weight is not an issue for me. Im not sure of the exact delta with replacement, maybe @dr325i knows off memory, I dont have time to measure now.

roughly 10g and probably 10-15pt of SW change. So, it is significant...for the picky guys...

Spot on 10grams when I replaced / changed from cap grommets to cheap microgel radical mp grommets. The lightest I have is 336grams and a balance around 31.5 with a synthetic grip (Gamma hi-tech)

Thanks a bunch for the info guys. Seems like way more ppl prefer playing with them capped.
Those specs you gave are more in my range for long matchplay. Are these numbers with an overwrap too?

Yes ! Wilson comfort (trimmed) Gamma hi tech grip was around 18g I think, there are lighter ones check out Chicago jack's thread on grips... The 280's for some reason ended with lower weights than my pt630's... With that kind of balance even pushing 340-345g static weight is fine... These sticks are fantastic with gut poly..

I have definitely enjoyed seeing other members' collections over the years, but I think this is my last go with stock piling my personal collection as I am slowly selling off. So I figured I might as well show if off, and yes it's also my personal room for tennis, photography, and computer when my wife decides to kick me out of our bedroom. Here's what I currently have and everything on the right is my personal everyday, go-to frames. :)

More like a bat. 388 grams with over grip. Very head light, though. So surprisingly manoeverable. I use it for mixed doubles, strung with a hybrid of nylon and poly. Feels like butter.

I saw this on auction site at $30. It was choked by Babolat Conquest 1,35mm. Now, with 1,20mm Head RIP Control, it can breath freely again :)

I'm afraid that's not how it works with women. Very one sided in these type of situations.

If you did die, you would go to Heaven and play with the angels and then move as gracefully around the court as Federer does:D

But then the most appropriate Racket to use would of course be an Angell ;-)

I just bought a couple of k factor 6.1's, what's your favourite string setup?

I haven't had a chance to hit with the k-factors yet, but in my hyper 6.1 I found poly mains with gut crosses works well. Usually I go for gut mains, but in the hyper 6.1 ALU power and Wilson gut works well.

Okay I might give that a try as a starting point. Did your hyper 6.1 come with a leather grip? If yes, did you have to add a bit of weight to the loop to get the balance right?

My hyper 6.1 did not come with a leather grip, but I installed one myself. I then added weight to the hoop to bring the total weight to 370g. I can't remember the exact balance, but it was around 31.5-32cm.
