IG PJs in any frame are very hard to come by. I really do have to try out some PT57As one of these days but I'd probably want at least three in XL.

I was looking for IG pj PT57A XL, but it seems they are none, I have 5 PT57A XL in Liquidmetal PJ, and it seems kinda the only ones on the market, I mean in that PJ, viddaa has told me he has or had XL in youtek pj but only one, and he has not seen anymore.

So my PT57A XL are a treasure!!! I just bought 3 tgt293.2 xl like yours, i will try them, maybe a like themmore than my pt57a

They are definitely different!
The IG is back to the soft and classic feel, love it.

Well if you see any float by in the new IG pj that are XL you know how to find me dr! I have been mainly using mine in LM radical PJ, just love the look and the feel. I have one that was the microgel PJ that was painted over as a Wilson BLX blade that hits nice too. Just got two PT630's all customized up and will take them out tonight for a comparison.

I didn't see these advertised anywhere - you have a good source? What are the specs?

I'd love to see a review. I have the feeling that I'm going to prefer the PMPs though. I actually like the YT quite a bit - but my arm complains a little here and there - I know that the IG is better for my arm but I need to take off about 25 swingweight points for it to be optimum for me.

We should probably move this discussion.

New sticks arrived today! Got the versions that were 30 grams lighter but I don't think I could've handle a 364 gram racquet with any ease.

And for a beauty-shot

How do they hit?

I haven't got a chance to really hit with them yet other than against a wall and some few practice serves, but I can ascertain that they're very powerful, have good plow, and all in all really solid racquets. I'll try them for volleys and normal play on Saturday, and I'll update the thread I made regarding them by then.

Specs are as following:

Length 27"
Weight: 11.64 oz. (332g), strung
Balance point of 11.42 in. (31 cm).
100% Japanese Graphite
Head Size 95 inch (613 cm)
Beam 22cm
Flex 67 RDC units
Swingweight 301kg x cm2
Stringing Pattern 16 x 18 @ 50-60lbs

The bay seller also have the M1, which I was supposed to receive but she sent me the wrong sticks which has these specs:

Length 27"
Weight: 12.87 oz.(364g), strung.
Balance point of 12.20 in.(32cm).
100% Japanese Graphite.
Head Size 95 inch (613 cm).
Beam 22cm
Flex 71.5 RDC units
Swingweight 344kg x cm2
Stringing Pattern 16 x 18 @ 50-60lbs

Looking back, I don't know why I contemplated getting the M1 as my arm would probably fall off...

My two PDGT's. Grips are Tourna Tac. One has Babolat Addiction 16 (not liking them at all) and the other is Prince Premier attack 16 (like that much better).

Did you have any trouble putting the gromments on them?

And do they stay on pretty well?

And is that lead tape in the throat?

Hey greystar403,

just noticed your reply. I did not mod these Radicals myself but rather had them matched (including installation of the CAP grommets) by a professional. The grommets stay on well. And yes, that's lead tape in the throat.

There's no branding on them... As for the racquet brand, refer to my sig.

very intersting. so it came prestrung with unknown string....yea i know what rackets they are thats why i was curious what type of string they would ship with. but i forget they were used right

^Agreed. That statement was uncalled for.

Most of those racquets are approaching the 15 year old mark, some over 20 years old. Most are within the past decade.

That's what happens when you play tennis for 20+ years. You like a stick... you buy 4 of them. After a couple of years, another one comes along and so on....

That's really cool!
My sister does something similar with Barbie Dolls. She started collecting them when she was 4 and just kept on keeping on. 16 years later and she has a closet full of them. Some of them look really similar, but they all have their place.
If you want, I can give you her number so that you guys could get together and talk about it. :)
