They seem to hold up about the same. I just didn't post some of the pairs I went through
I dunno... If I am playing 5 + hours a week & a shoe holds up for six months I am a happy paying customer ;-)
Does anyone know if I can get Barricade 8s if I mail in my worn out 7's?
I believe the rule has always been that you get the same model unless they ran out, then they give you a different color. I don't think you can upgrade unless they ran out of stock. Don't take my word though, haven't tried this before. Attach a letter with your shoes saying that you would like the B8's instead of your B7's, can't hurt to try.
yeah. The 7s gave me pain and i just kind of dealt with it for 4 months... but i'd rather not go through that again haha
If you can't get the 8's instead, just sell them on the bay or something. Then use that to buy some other shoes. That's how I saved myself from having to go through another pair of Propulses, Michelin makes decent tires but they failed with durability with their shoes(Poor shoes lasted less than a month )
Nike CB4.3; both pictures are of same (right) shoe.
The are still playable for now, but already worn enough to be sent in if I want, right? (Nike CB4.3)
It's good to claim the warranty.
Thanks. I'll be sending them in pretty soon.
Does this qualify for 6-month warranty? This is a Head Speed Pro. Had this for like 4 months. Thanks
can't get image to show up, click here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/98258763@N04/9179764692/
Should be good but never had experience with head though.
I mailed shoes to TW (after checking with them through email if it was OK to mail Nike shoes directly to them) last Monday and should be receiving my new pair tomorrow. A turnaround of 8 days including shipping back and forth is quite fantastic.
question about the air max cages.
my left toe is blown out, i can stick my finger through it to my toes. does nike warranty cover the toe area too? anybody know?
It it's part of the sole, it is guaranteed.
Post the picture here, that's what the thread is made for.
how do i get the image here?
Use tinypic.com then upload your pic.
Copy and paste.
Very easy to do.
i think i got it
Nike Max Cage (2013) - Poor sole lifespan
Nike Max Cage (2013)
Very comfortable but by far the worst sole lifespan i have had. They lasted just 2 months.
Anyone have any experience of the Cage vs Vapor in terms of sole lifespan?
^Resolutions aren't as durable as Cages, but more comfortable by a good margin.
thats mostly what i want, comfort. it sucks to have your feet hurt after your done playing. well at least that never used to happen to me.
How close am I here with my Air Max Cage pair?

looks like you have a ways to go hisrob
had to complain like 6 times to get these replaced
after the sixth time they gave me these for free
Not sure if this is a joke post but, you know the Vapor 9's aren't backed by a warranty right?
oh, i'm not talking direct warranty. This was from a tennis store near me they we're rejected by Nike, I got new shoes from the actual tennis store, honestly i'm pretty sure the store gave them to me just because they had enough of my mum complaining...
I go through all my shoes in the same place. I know these don't have a warranty but if they were a barricade or other shoe would they qualifie
Are the bottom ones pink or red
I have to say they are bright pink, however I think they are advertised as atomic red.
I figured so. I've never sent a pair back. No slipping yet so I should be able to finish out the summer in these.
is the toe area part of the guarantee ?
Is this ready for warranty claim?
Just wondering, if you bought a pair that is defective, some part broke in one day, and you return it to TW.Are there outsole guarantee on the pair they return to you?
sending in another pair of amc
im going to try the resolutions next

Hey guys im new to this warranty stuff so I'm not sure if mine are ready or not. The outsole on my ballistecn 4.3s is worn through on the heel area such that you can see that gray layer underneath(not sure what this is called) and all traction on other parts of the shoe is rubbed off. Am I ready for warranty? If you are not sure, I can try to post a picture or something later on. Thanks for the help
This is usually what I send in(3 months old), your shoe probably doesn't have this much wear on them but as long as it reaches the foamy parts you should be good.
Click the thumbnail for a larger pic...that's the outside heel that is wearing out. I'm holding them inverted so the left shoe is on the left in the pic and right shoe is on the right.
Asics Gel Resolution 4 at around 102 hours and 10 days short of 4 months. They are still comfortable and I'm not slipping yet so I'm still wearing them but if I were to send them in right now, good enough for a warranty claim? I've never sent any shoes in before.
If they're burned till the foam, it's good to send.
So the location of the foam DOES not matter right? Again sorry for the questions some of you may find amateure, I'm new to this haha
^If it's on the outsole, then yes it doesn't matter where on the outsole.
Not sure how to post legit pictures on here, but if you can see in the lower left corner, I can see that gray part. Does this mean I'm ready for warranty? I'll post a better picture in a few minutes.
It's good to go. Gray part is the midsole (form).
BTW, didn't you have air max cracking problem? Since there is a excessive wear on heel area.
No, I didn't. It's actually really surprising, I will probablly have it very soon. Here is a better image. http://imageshack.us/content_round.php?page=done&l=img853/7808/ro9i.jpg Are these good to go?
White part is midsole so it's good to go.
I sent my warranty shoes a week ago then granted the claim so I am waiting for the voucher. I always wear out heel area first like yours.
Since what I kill in my shoes are first the vibration absorption and then the outer heel, and given what I see in this thread, I'm wondering if I should take a pair of CB4.3s. Well, Never put an hole in any shoe I had, and even if I used the outer heel of my AMC first, my knees were crying for a change first. At $70 the pair, even without warranty, it's be a shame not to take a pair though.
Is the sole on the outer heel thinner on the CB or on the AMC? Can't tell.
EDIT: Went to a shop today. And the sole on the outer heel of the CBs is indeed thinner than the AMC. Too bad, were on sale.
I just sent in my Babolat Propulse 4 for the warranty claim. I purchased them mid Feb, so I got about 5 months out of them.
I usually wear through the outer heels and the toe area at about the same time, but for whatever reason, I totally burned through the left heel this time around.
Update: I received my replacement pair yesterday, 8/15 - same size, color.
