The label? They don't/shouldn't.
Normally wouldn't send them in with that size of a hole, but our school gets our team shoes next week so they'd just sit in my closet for 2 months anyway.
THose could probably take another month but since you get free schools I would send them in. What school do you go to?
Small D3 school in Minnesota. We're getting the white Babolat Propulse 3.
Just found out a few days ago that TW does not handle adidas warranties at all.
I was told to ship my barricades directly to adidas.
Nice how many pairs for all year?
Just one pair unfortunately. That's why I was asking about the Gray/Peach 4.3 is because I figure about 1.5 months of season matches and practices will be easily enough to wear out those propulses. Hopefully by the time that the Gray/Peach 4.3 come out I'll have worn them out and can buy them right away.
Oh only 1 stinks
Yeah we're a smaller school, and it's D3 so the budget isn't very high for our team. One pair of shoes is a nice perk though.
so what do think of these outsole? will they qualify for a warranty?
What do you think of these outsoles?
I don't see any hole or midsole (form) yet.
you can still use it.
you can review other people's shoes. you can see many shoes with holes and exposed midsole.
Not close really pretty far away.
How lenient is TW in granting asics warranties? I have a couple more weeks left and I'm on the cusp of midsole exposure, however I don't imagine myself getting enough court time with these shoes until my expiration.
would these qualify?
hard to see from pics but looks like dark navy part is midsole. If so, it will be okay.
yea that's the midsole i just wasn't sure how much of the midsole had to be showing
some of these are not close........
Yes, definitely would qualify.
Hood work they are ready to be sent in.
I sent my shoes in to adidas. Have not heard a thing from them.
Do you know how long it takes them to send you a notice regarding whether it has been received/approved/denied?
Is it via email or snail mail?
it usually takes them 3 weeks... They're pretty dang slow, and I usually call right after 2 weeks to see if they got my shoes and last time, they gave me a tracking number . The number is 1-800-448-1796. Hope I helped
You sure did. Many thanks!
New Babolat Team All Court
played only hour on hard and few hours walking
That is pathetic it looks like a defect though.
just received two barricade 6 replacement shoes. hoping to get 7 but looks like Adidas have plenty of Barricade 6 ^_^
the color was white and red accents and took three weeks.
barely 3months. love the shoe, hate the durability
If you develop a hole in the sock, you know it's time to mail in the shoes.
you referring to me?
Well, I sent my barricade 6 in for warranty replacement.
After a full month, I hear nothing back, so I write them an email asking about the status. I get no replies.
At 5 weeks, I call them. The service representative tells me they have no record of my having returned anything.
Luckily I had my delivery confirmation number handy. After tracking it on the USPS website, the representative authorized a replacement without bothering to chase my package down.
She told me I would be receiving a black/orange barricade 7 (which I loved), but what came in the mail was the predominantly white and a little bit of black and orange barricade 7 instead.
Well, not very satisfying, but at least I got a replacement.
So if nothing's happening with your replacement, make sure you call them.
Not at all, I was referring to the sock that you brought to dinner last summer.
you got the barricade 7 instead of Barricade 6 replacement and still not very satisfying........
you are lucky to get barricade 7. Adidas has plenty of Barricade 6 for warranty replacements ^_^
Well, I guess I should clarify this: I like the fact that I got the B7.
What is not so satisfying is that I didn't get the exact model that I was promised, and the fact that I had to write and then call. That's all.
I am surprised they "promised" you the exact model/colors.
Nowhere Adidas says you can pick the colors you want for the replacement (although, every time I sent mine in, I got exactly what I asked for; I always include a little note with my wishes)
I called and talked to a representative if you didn't read my previous post.
Perhaps "promise" isn't the most accurate word, but the representative asked whether I would take a Barricade 7 if they were out of 6. I said I would prefer the 7.
Then she told me that black/orange is the only B7 model they can send me for my size. I said that's exactly what I want. She says then that's what I'll get.
Well, I got something else in the mail.
But no need to delve deeper into this matter. I've got the replacement, and that's all that matters.
omg i love that sock. i have lost it
I know how you feel - I once lost my boxers in Harrisburg, PA.
it be time
hell, it was time two weeks ago
Isn't this a skateboarding shoe?
How thick is the 2nd layer of nike 3.3 outsole? I play 1-2 times a week and in less then a month I somehow already broke the first layer of rubber on the toes and the heals look half gone. My barricades were deff more durable :-|
Yeah, I got through the CB 3.3's in 2 months of tennis... They were nice, but wow that was fast. And the first layer is super easy to get through, but after that, it's kind of rough... BUT they aren't as bad as the 2.3's in that category at least.
got my replacement from TW today! the shipping was fast, but they sent the wrong size
B7's after 2 solid months on the court. Love this colorway. Think I'll stick with it for the 2nd pair.
solid choice. i am amazed to how even the wear is.
Sorry - checked the receipt: that was 3 months of wear and tear, not 2.
I was wondering if this would qualify. I used it for about 4 months so far.
Bryoon, it would.
