.... I put enough time in to run this game that I'm not changing the rules when someone's unhappy or disagrees with them.

Thanks for running this. Just looking at FAQ and can't see on when a match is considered started. Is it when the players walk out for warmups, or up until the very first serve? Either way, great job dealing with these issues and we all just need to get our picks in well ahead and then if we really want to make a last minute change as match about to come on then that is fair game. Better never than late with picks, as ****y picks make for more work for OP.
