Power Play League #18 - Monte-Carlo 2011

WELCOME TO THE TALK TENNIS 2011 (APRIL 10-17) MONTE-CARLO ROLEX MASTERS POWER PLAY LEAGUE​

Welcome to the third ATP Masters event of the 2011 Tennis Year. It will also be our first PPL event for the Monte-Carlo Masters.

HOW TO PLAY:​

For each round of matches, we assign scoring points to each individual. For example, a match between Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic would have the following scoring points:

[1] R Nadal (ESP) vs. [2] N Djokovic (8-12)

The player picks the winner of a fixed number of matches based on the provided scoring points. The scoring points are calculated by a mathematical formula based on the players’ rankings. The objective of the game is to pick the winners of a set number of matches with the intention of scoring the most points.

For the Monte-Carlo Masters, as it's an ATP Masters 1000, we'll be picking any 16 matches (not all from one round) out of total of 55. All matches will be posted in the thread with scoring points and will also be available in the league file. Please read the Instructions and FAQ for further details. We hope you all join and we can make this bigger and better than our previous events!

REMINDER: Due to the way the Power Play League is formated, players can start making picks at any point in the tournament as long as there are a certain number of matches remaining. For Monte-Carlo, once the Third Round is completed is when new players won't be able to make all 16 picks. Up to that point, please feel free to PLAY!
